尊敬的业/租户：
您好。应政府相关部门之要求，现将政府有关规定、要求再次通知如下：
一、根据《治安管理处罚法》，按照谁出租谁负责的原则，出租房屋的单位、个人 应当与房屋所在地公安派出所签订《租赁房屋治安责任保证书》（可到物业公 司领取）。
二、为维护广大居民的合法权益，公安机关提示业主，在出租房屋时应做到“五不 租”：
1、无合法有效证件的人员不租；
2、从事非法经营活动的人员不租；
3、从事非法宗教活动的人员不租；
4、所租房屋用于非法生产、储存、经营易燃、易爆等危险违禁物品的人员不租；
5、违背生活作息规律、有利用所租房屋进行违法犯罪活动可疑的人员不租。
三、根据中国有关法律规定，入境来华的境外人员（外国人、港澳台居民、华侨和 无国籍人士）须于抵达居住地点后24小时内，持本人护照、有效证件和留宿人 的户口簿或身份证、房屋产权证明或租赁合同到居住地派出所或户籍办公室申 报临时住宿登记。对违反此规定的，公安机关依法将会处以警告或罚款。
四、为依法加强养犬管理，保障公民健康和人身安全，请养犬人自觉遵守以下规定：
1、携犬出户时，应对犬束犬链，由成年人牵领，携带养犬登记证；
2、禁止在本地区饲养无证犬和大型犬；
3、本地区内原则上应饲养成年体高35厘米以下的小型犬；
4、未办理犬证的居民要及时到派出所办理。
公安机关将不定期进行检查，对违反上述规定的，将予以没收其犬或对个人进行处罚。

NOTICE
To all owners and tenants,
Please be informed that relevant provisions of the Regulations on Administrative Penalties for Public Security are as following:
- The leasers should sign the House Rental Security Responsibility Guarantee （can receive it at ?property company）with local police station according to the Regulations on Administrative Penalties for Public Security.
- Police remind all leasers should notice that do not rent out their properties to following five types of people:
- whom with no valid ID; or
- whom engaged in illegal commercial activates; or
- whom engaged in illegal religious activities; or
- whom illegally produce, store or trade flammable, explosive or other prohibited goods within the property; or
- whom involved criminal activities.
- In accordance with the relevant provisions foreign visitors should submit the Temporary Residence Registration Form to local police station or domicile registration office with passport, valid ID, Property Ownership Certificate or Rental Agreement with 24 hours after arrival. Breach of any terms and conditions stated herein may be imposed a fine.
- In order to strengthen our pets management, dog owners should comply with following rules:
- Dog-chain must be used and held by adult while walking dog. And Dog Registration must be carried with.
- Large-size dogs or dogs without registration are prohibited within apartment area.
- Small-size dogs up to 35cm height are allowed.
- Please apply the Dog Registration at police station as soon as possible.
Breach of any terms and conditions stated herein may be imposed a fine up to a sequestration of dogs.
